English
This week in English we have completed assessments in Grammar and Reading. We have also started writing our newspaper article on the Titanic disaster. Next week we will be continuing our writing and editing our first drafts.
Maths
In Maths we completed reasoning and arithmetic assessments. We have also revised our use of fractions. Next week we will being looking at imperial and metric measures.
DT
For DT we were set a task of designing a bridge that would span a gap of 80cm using only art straws, paper and masking tape. We thought about our prior learning on bridges to help us design and create a structure.
