Brady Curriculum Statement
Our creative, thematic based curriculum inspires and engages our pupils whilst meeting all requirements set out by the EYFS and National curriculums. It offers first hand, real life experiences alongside investigative learning, aimed to build pupils’ resilience and prepare them for the world they will move into. This is all underpinned by our four ‘Core Values’ Dedication, Inspiration, Respect and Achievement.
Our inclusive curriculum gives all pupils the chance to increase their knowledge and understanding of our local environment, and the world as a whole. At Brady we hope to empower pupils to become lifelong learners. This diverse curriculum helps pupils to enjoy their learning, form friendships and become responsible and respectful citizens.

Promoting Fundamental British Values.
In accordance with The Department for Education we aim to actively promote British values in schools to ensure young people leave school prepared for life in modern Britain.
Pupils are encouraged to regard people of all faiths, races and cultures with respect and tolerance and understand that while different people may hold different views about what is ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, all people living in England are subject to its law. We teach these values through our curriculum.
The Key Values are:
• democracy
• rule of law
• individual liberty
• mutual respect
• tolerance of those of different faiths and beliefs
