Miss Line - 19 Sep 2024

Science
This week in Science, we looked at the parts of the eye and how each part helps us to see.

English
For English we completed our diary entries as the character Jim Jarvis from our class text “Street Child”. We also started our new genre – descriptive writing.

Maths
In Maths we started our unit on the four operations and looked at adding and subtracting integers and revised our understanding of common factors.

We were also luck enough to have a visit from Paralympic gold medalist Ellie Challis and we had the opportunity to ask her questions about her dreams and goals.
