English
In English this week we completed assessments in grammar and reading. We also continued to look at our class poem “The Raven” and the use of figurative language within this poem.
Maths
For Maths, we continued our work on shape and looked at how to calculate the area of a triangle. We also completed assessments in arithmetic and reasoning.
Science
As part of our Science unit on electricity, this week we attempted to make batteries using lemons.
We also visited Harris where we collected samples of microorganisms and even made our own bath bombs.
