Year 6 Week 2

Miss Line - 18 Jan 2019

Literacy
This week in Literacy we have been editing our own work and have completed our final setting descriptions. We are continuing to read our class text 'Street Child' and are beginning to write informal letters as though we are the characters in the book.

Maths
In Maths we have been applying our knowledge and understanding of fractions, decimals and percentages to reasoning questions and word problems. We have found how important it is to read the question carefully!

Topic
This week, as part of our Victorian topic, we have looked at the differences between rich people and poor people and the jobs that they may have had.
