English
This week in English we have started looking at a range of poetry by Edgar Allen Poe. We have looked at his poem “The Bells” and have identified how onomatopoeia has been used. We have also been looking at “The Raven” and answering questions based on this poem.
Maths
For Maths, we have identified the parts of a circle and have been using pie charts to gather information.
Science
As part of Science week, we looked at the scientist Ibn al-Haytham and his work on optics. We then tried to make our own camera using tracing paper and a lens.
