Maths
This week we have been continuing our work on fractions and percentages and have looked at how to write percentages as fractions and decimals. Next week we will begin our new unit – area and perimeter.
English
In English we have looked at a range of persuasive leaflets and have identified the features. We have also been looking at how to use modal verbs and dashed for parenthesis within our writing.
Geography
As part of our new topic we carried out a Geography fieldwork visit to our local allotment where we looked at location, amenities and suitability within the local environment.
