This week in English we have continued our work on our Macbeth newspaper articles. We used our grammar skills to write an informal letter from Macbeth’s point of view to Lady Macbeth. Next week, we will be drafting and editing our newspaper report on the death of King Duncan
Maths
In Maths we have continued our work with decimals. We have looked at how to complete decimal sequences and how to use a range of strategies effectively for adding and subtracting decimals including mental methods. Next week we will begin our new unit of work on negative numbers.
Geography
For Geography, we looked at the Ordnance survey maps from our previous lesson. We used these maps to identify contour lines and identified locations using six figure grid references.
