Maths
This week in Maths we have been completing lots of revision on fractions. We practised how to order and compare fractions with different denominators and looked at how to add and subtract mixed numbers. Next week will be assessment week where we will complete assessments for arithmetic and reasoning.
English
In English we have been writing our first draft of our moon myths. We have thought carefully about including a range of grammatical features and figurative language for description. Next week we will be writing up our myths and completing assessments in reading and grammar.
DT
For DT, we have started looking at a range of different mechanisms and how cams work to move a range of toys. We then started designing our own mechanism.
