Happy Friday! 😊
This week in Nursery our learning has been focused around our story Fox’s Socks!
We have enjoyed learning some facts about foxes and have also completed some amazing writing. In maths, we have been focusing on finding pairs of socks that have the same pattern, to link this in with another skill we have also been cutting out these socks to help our scissor control.
In phonics, we started learning the sound ‘p’ – the children have enjoyed learning our rhyme for this sound and have been doing great work sorting objects based on their initial sound.
Next week, our story focus is one of my favourites- Rainbow Fish!
