Graduation & Sports Day!

Dear Parents and Carers,
We are so nearly finished our academic school year and what a year it has been! This week we have had lots of fun filming our very first Brady Nursery Graduation. We have made special hats to celebrate and danced a lot to celebrate! We have made a video so we can share this special event with you at home too!
On Tuesday, we took part in Sports Day which was so much fun! The winning team from our class was the Yellow team (Blyton)… however we will find out the overall winners next week!
We have also been reading the story ‘Have you filled a bucket today?” which is all about spreading positivity and kindness to make others feel happy. Also, we have focused on different ways we can make ourselves feel happy.
We also had our very last PE session today as a class as we will not be in school next Thursday.
There has been changes to the end of the academic year. As a result of this, our last school day will be Wednesday 21
st July 2021.
Homework
This week’s homework will be a little different to the rest and will go live at 3pm tomorrow (Friday). This will our last piece of homework set for this year. This homework is really important as it will include activities and ideas that you can do over the summer to support your child’s next step (whether that is moving to Reception or staying in Nursery).
Teddy Bear's Picnic
Please bring your teddy bear and any food donations for this into school by Friday 16th July at the latest so it can quarantine before Tuesday.
Next week
We have lots of fun activities planned for next week! We will be having our very last class party in the form of a Teddy Bear’s picnic on Tuesday (20.07.21) in the afternoon. We also will be joining a whole school assembly on Wednesday afternoon.
