Year 5 Summer 2 Week 6

Maths & English
In Maths and English this week we have completed our end of year assessments. In English we have also started writing a description based on one of the characters in our class text. We will use this as part of our final piece of writing next week which will be a narrative.
Other
In Science we have looked at the changes people go through at the different stages of their lives e.g. adolescence and old age. For PSHE, we have looked at our goals and hopes for next year. Everyone who took part in Sports Day worked very hard for their team.
Next week we will be finishing off our English and Maths units and enjoying our final week of Year 5!
