Nursery Spring 1 Week 5

This week we have been happy learning about winter. We have focussed on Penguins.

We have been drawing penguins. We have been learning the phonic sounds m,a,s,d,t,p,i,n. We have been counting penguins and using positional language to place penguins in the correct places. We have been on a winter ice walk around the school, waddling like penguins and huddling too!

Please remember that Brady Nursery and School is closed this Thursday.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS - excluding Nursery

For school admissions information and to apply, go to:

Children born between 01/09/2021 - 31/08/2022 are due to start Reception in September 2026.
Applications close on 15th January, 2026. Offer day is in the evening of 16th April, 2026.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), please note there's a different process for school transfers. You'll need to contact the Special Educational Needs Team directly at sen@havering.gov.uk to discuss changing your child's school.

School will finish for the Christmas Holidays on Friday 19th December (children will leave school at 1:15pm) and will return to school on Monday 5th January 2026.
