Last week we were learning all about how many people celebrate their birthdays!
We read Happy Birthday Maisie, played party games, made birthday cards and had a party for Maisie the Mouse. The children really enjoyed this topic. In maths, we counted the candles on cakes to find out how old people are.
I enjoyed meeting you all for parents consultations. We will now change books twice a week, once on a Monday and once on a Thursday if you have returned the book and it has been read and recorded in the reading record. Some of you still have not returned books that were registered on Boom Reader. They belong to school so please return them.
