Summer 2 Week 2- What the Ladybird Heard

12 Jun 2024

This week we have focused our learning around the text What the Ladybird Heard. The children produced some fantastic work labelling initial sounds of farm animals, practicing writing their numerals to 10 and trying hard in their phonics groups too. Well done! We really enjoyed making maps like there is in the story, to find the Prize Cow.

We enjoyed learning how to make playdoh- this was so much fun and the children enjoyed it so very much! We also explored the Beebots and learnt how to programme them to go in different ways.

A lot of important letters have been sent out this week, including the Newsletter for Summer 2 and information about Sports Day. Please ensure you check your child’s bag and read these letters as they contain important information.
