Miss Burgess Update 16/12/21 Happy Holidays!

This week in Nursery we have been very busy!

We have continued focusing our learning around Christmas while deepening our understanding of some different topics. This week, we have looked over repeating patterns, careful counting and 2d shapes. We even tried using the vocabulary sides and corners when describing the shapes.

The children are continuing to work hard to learn how to write their name and are developing their independence in this. If you do not do this already, this would be something you could help support at home.

During our parties, the children loved dancing, singing and playing different games. They really enjoyed the party food and sharing this with their friends- thank you for all of your donations towards this. 

Finally, I would like to say a huge thank you from all of the staff for your kind words, cards and gifts this Christmas. We hope you all have a safe, fun and enjoyable break and we look forward to welcome you all back in January.

NO NEED TO BOOK, BUT PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY.

OCTOBER HALF TERM IS: MONDAY 27TH - FRIDAY 31ST OCTOBER INCLUSIVE.
Children return to school on Monday 3rd November, 2025.
