Sunflowers

Dear Parents & Carers,
This week we have been reading the story 10 Seeds by Ruth Brown. We have been learning all about the lifecycle of a sunflower and the names for the different parts of a plant. We have also planted our own cress seeds which we are all so excited to start growing!
In maths, we have been estimating and checking. We have been making estimates and then counting to check what the answer is.
Next week we will be learning about the lifecycle of a frog and reading the story ‘Teeny Weeny Tadpole’.
Homework
This week’s homework has been uploaded onto seesaw.
INSET Day
Tuesday 18th May is an Inset day so the Nursery will be closed for children.
