Year 5 Week 5
Miss Line - 20 May 2021
Maths and English
This week, for Maths and English, we have been completing assessments in Grammar, Spelling, Arithmetic and reasoning.
Next week we will be continuing our work on decimals and will be looking at how to add and subtract decimals crossing the whole. We will also be continuing our work on persuasive writing.
Other
In Science this week we have been investigating gravity the difference between measuring weight and mass. We carried out activities to challenge our own centre of gravity too!
In art we have been creating our own moon surfaces from a range of different art materials. We will be painting these next week!
