Bonfire Night

Dear parents & carers,
What a crazy week it has been… However, the children have been having lots of fun this week. They have been learning all about Bonfire Night and the sounds that fireworks make. Ask them to see if they can pretend to be a firework.
In maths, they have been learning what big, small, short and tall all mean. They have been comparing different objects based on their size and height. In phonics, the children have been learning all about rhyming words.
This week’s optional homework will be uploaded on Seesaw tomorrow.
Next week, we will be learning about Diwali & Remembrance Day.
Next Friday (13
th November) is Children in Need. The children are invited to come into Nursery with wacky hair styles and/or their brightest clothes. We are asking for donations of £1 minimum to raise money for such a worthy cause.
