We really enjoyed Space day last week! We had great costumes and we enjoyed doing space related acitivities all day. We worked on creating the best rocket using straws and a paper rocket. We then had to test out how far out rockets flew. We then measured it against a ruler. We had to make sure that the rocket was the right shape and not too tight around the rocket or it would not launch.
We have been creating addition and subtraction calculations using physical resources to help us to complete the calculation- we love using numicon to find the numberbonds. During Science lessons, we have been using our senses to smell and taste different food. We know that we five senses that we use to smell, taste, touch, hear and see.
