Reception Summer 2 Week 3

Mrs Divall and Miss Skelton - 28 Jun 2023

This week we have been reading a book called "No-Bot the Robot with no bottom" to finish our topic on Marvellous Machines.  We think it is hilarious and have really enjoyed sequencing and writing about No-bot together.

We held our class assembly and shared learning today.  Thank you to everyone who could come and just to say we wish our wonderful families who are celebrating Eid a very happy day too.  We hope you are having the best day today!

We hope you enjoy looking through the pictures of our writing and shared learning.

Next week, we will be moving on to our new topic which is all about your children's next transition, moving up to Year 1.  The Reception team are all committed to ensuring your children see this as a positive experience.  We are discussing with them why they are now ready, and we will be introducing them to the new staff, looking around the classrooms and talking about growing up as we move through the last weeks of this term.

We can't believe how quickly the summer term has flown by!
