It has been lovely to see how well the children have transitioned from Reception to year one, as it is a big jump for them over our first half term together.
Children have been sequencing ‘The Dinosaur who Lost her Voice’ this week and reenacting their story, as well as discussing their favourite and least favourite parts of the story.
In Maths, we have been learning how to use a number line and embed our knowledge for greater than, more than, less and equal to when using a number line.
During Science we have recognised different seasons and the weather associated with the seasons in the UK.
Children this week compared and learned about Jesus and Mohammad during RE.
