The Ugly Duckling

Mrs Zaayman & Miss Kelly - 13 Mar 2020

This week in reception we have been learning about the story of the Ugly Duckling.

In English we have been looking at the story of the Ugly Duckling and writing about our favourite parts of the story.

In maths we have carried on learning about money and how to add coins together. We had great fun setting up our own toy shop to sell items to each other!

In topic, we have learnt all about the lifecycle of a swan and all about the season of spring!

On Thursday we had our first ever class assembly and the children did soooo well!! Well done to everyone!

Next week our topic will be 'Oliver's Vegetables'.

Have a lovely & restful weekend

Mrs Zaayman, Miss Kelly & the Reception Team x
