Welcome, to Year 1

Hello, and welcome to our first full week in year 1.

I’m really pleased with how the children are settling into year 1.

This week, in English we have been focusing on thinking of a sentence and writing it down, whilst in Maths we are looking at sorting objects into groups.

Children are enjoying making dinosaur collages for our Dinosaur Planet display.

NURSERY AND RECEPTION ADMISSIONS FOR 2025
OPEN DAY TOURS

Wednesday 27th November 9.30am

No appointment necessary - please arrive promptly at times given above.
Tours last about 1 hour.

Applications for Reception 2025 admissions (children born between 1st September 2020 and 31st August 2021) have to be submitted by 15th January, 2025.

Last day of this term is Friday 20th December and children will finish at 1:15pm.
Children will return on Monday 6th January.
