The characters of Julia Donaldson visit Reception

Today in Reception we have been really busy celebrating the books of Julia Donaldson. The children and adults all dressed up as their favourite characthers. Can you spot the Stickman and the Gruffalo?
We also used plastic bottles to make our own bottle characthers. We used tissue paper, glue and cotton wool to make them. The children also 'hot seated' eachother, this is where the children ask questions about their characther and the children answer in role. We had some fantastic questions!!!
