Diwali

Mrs Divall - 12 Nov 2015

This week we have been really busy in Reception. We've been learning the story of Rama and Sita and acted out the story. We've also made rangoli patterns in powder and tried dancing to Indian music. We've made diva lamps out of clay and painted them today. Throughout the week we've been practising writing by making Diwali cards and in maths we have been learning to count along a numberline and to conserve number by understanding that if nothing is taken away or added, the number stays the same. I hope you like the photos!
