Sum 2 Week 6- Our Local Walk

On Monday, we walked to Rainham Library. The children impressed us SO much with how sensible they were going on such a long walk. The children were extremely patient and listened so well to the ladies at the Library. Thank you to our lovely parent helpers for joining us and helping us keep the children safe and happy on our walk to and from the Library.
This week we have been practicing our numbers bonds to 10 and embarking on a number hunt to re-inforce our knowledge of addition. We have written a recount of our trip to the Library and later in the week we will be doing a lovely piece of writing for our Year 1 teachers to read.
We have lots of exciting crafts to do next week, in preperation for our last week in Reception.
