Penguins and curious objects..

Mrs Divall and Mrs Zaayman - 09 Jan 2019

Dear all,

This week, we are learning about penguins.  We have been learning a song about a penguin, and read a story about Penguin and the Pinecone who finds a ‘curious object.’  We have been busy this afternoon hiding 2D shapes in water, popped in the freezer for Mrs Zaayman to discover tomorrow afternoon.  It will be a curious icy surprise!  We have also been moving like penguins, protecting the eggs and exploring new vocabulary and movements such as huddling, waddling, swimming and sliding.

It’s been a wonderful few days, please read our newsletter and homework map for further information.

Kind Regards,
Mrs Divall and Mrs Zaayman

Abi showed her grandad the penguin waddle and was very excited about hiding the shapes for Mrs Zaayman. A fun week!
