What a week!!!

Mrs Divall & Mrs Zaayman - 14 Sep 2018

We have had another brilliant week in Reception!!!

This week we have continued to get to know more about each other- we have shared what we like at school and what we like at home and this has formed a fantastic display in the classroom. The display is also made some amazing self-portraits that the children painted and decorated themselves. Can you spot your little lovely?

We have met Fred the Frog who helps us with our Phonics and have sounded out and blended some different words such as cup, dog, at and pet. All week we have listened to lots of stories and sung lots of songs, many of which include counting.

We have all had a visit to our school Library and looked at the books that we will be able to choose and take home from next week. You will all receive a class newsletter next week that will explain how books are allocated and when they will be changed etc.

We are all really looking forward to having a full and fabulous class next week and cannot wait for the term ahead.

Enjoy your weekend, get lots of rest as it will be busy, busy, busy from now on.

Mrs Divall, Mrs Zaayman, Mrs Agates & Miss Hunt
