In English, we started to read the story ‘Man OnThe Moon’ We acted out parts of the story, sequenced the story and came up with lots of adjectives to describe characters in the story.
Maths
In Maths, the children have been using their number knowledge to compare different groups of objects. We have introduced the terminology greater, less and equal alongside the following symbols < , > and =
Other
In Science, we identified different animals i.e. amphibians, reptiles, birds, fish and mammals.
In Geography, we have started to discuss positional language and drew our very own compass.
Finally, the children who attended the disco had a wonderful time! They were well behaved, excited and showed some fantastic dance moves
