Reception Autumn 1 Week 7

This week in Reception, we have been learning about how to look after our teeth properly. We were very fortunate to be visited by Dr Takkar. She made a presentation which was very informative about how to brush our teeth well. We should all brush our teeth for two minutes a day, twice a day, regularly visit the dentist and ensure we follow the advice sent home on the leaflets tonight. We learnt about the "magical fluoride" to make our teeth strong so that sugar bugs cant attack our teeth and make holes in them. Did you know, water has fluoride in it and helps to protect your teeth?
