End of Year Update

Miss Kelly & Mrs Zaayman - 17 Jul 2020

Hi,

Last week, I was able to speak to most of you on the phone which was really nice. It was so nice to hear that you were doing so well.

This week would have been the end of the school year and the end of a wonderful year in Reception. If we would have been in school, this would have been a week of reflection of the previous year and looking forward to the future. We would have focussed on getting you ready for Year 1 and setting you up for the next stage of your wonderful journey through the school. So, with a heavy heart, I write this final update for the amazing Reception Class of 2019-2020.

We are sad that we weren’t able to spend these last few days together to say goodbye before the summer holidays. These last few months have been a bit of a rollercoaster for everyone with so much change to the daily routine that we knew. But, we want you to know that we are so immensely proud of all of you in the way that you have adapted to these changes so well.

However, we must keep going. When you return in September, you will be going into Year 1 with Ms Kaur, Mrs Matthews and Mrs Thompson and you will have the most fantastic time! So make sure you keep believing in yourselves because you are fantastic!

For our pictures this week, we thought we would reflect on the year and share some pictures with you from this year. Take a look!
