This week in Year 2, the children have worked incredibly hard during assessment week - we are very proud of their focus and effort!
In Science, we planted cress seeds and began observing their growth. The children were excited to notice that some seeds have already started to germinate!
In Geography, we explored different symbols on a map and learned how to use a key to understand what each symbol represents. We also began our new D.T project by exploring purpose and design of beach huts, ready to start designing and making our own in the next few weeks.
Well done Year 2 - another great week of learning!
