Week 5 Autumn 2

02 Dec 2022

Well done for another good week Year 4.

This week in History we have been looking at what a day in the life of an Anglo-Saxon living in Britain would be like. We looked at the hierarchy in society and the different roles people played. Below you can see pictures of the children completing role play about this.

In Reading, we have been continuing to read our class text Rumblestar, working on our explanation, vocabulary and inference skills. We have looked at the journey that the two main characters have taken and how their relationship has changed throughout the book.

During our Music lessons, we've been practising our Christmas Carols ready for the concert in a couple of week's time. Please make sure that your child is rpactising Ding Dong Merrily on High at home too... I apologise in advance!

Happy weekend.
