Week 5

What another great week 4S have had.
In
Maths this week, the children finished their Place Value topic, and made a great start to their addition and subtraction unit. This has included learning how to add two three digit numbers with and without exchanging.
We finished reading our first book, The Firework Maker's Daughter, in
Reading this week. The children wrote some excellent book reviews of it, and it was fantastic to see how much everyone had enjoyed reading the book.
In
Music, the children listened and compared different ABBA songs, and enjoyed learning more about the city of Rome in our
History/Geography lesson.
