Year 4 Update 12/12

During this week, and the end of last week the children were working hard to rehearse and learn their lines for our class assembly. They worked incredibly hard and as a result preformed a fantastically. Thank you to those of you that were able to come along and support the children.
On Tuesday, we had our Roman Day. The children loved dressing up and completing lots of Roman activities such as making their own mosaic, solving some mysteries and using water colour pencils to paint pictures. The children also took part in a Now Press Play experience which allowed them to step into the lives of a roman child and complete some acting.
It was lovely to see the enthusiasm and hard work that went into the costumes and the incredible shields that were brought into class.
Reminders:
- After the break, the Year 4 children will be going swimming during their PE lessons. Therefore, please ensure a swimming kit is in school on the first day back.
