Year 4 Update 13/11

This week in literacy we have been learning about writing a narrative. We have been looking at the key features of a narrative and will be writing an alternative ending to the story ‘Escape from Pompeii’.
In maths this week we have been working on finding the perimiter of different shapes and have also compelted some work on multiplying and dividing by ten to support our understanding of converting measurements.
This week we also took inspiration from the Year 6 class assembly and created some of our own rememberance day artwork.
Reminders:
- PE is on Wednesday, if possible earrings should be removed the night before to save time in class. If your PE kit is not already in school please make sure it is returned for next week.
