We are returning to your child’s school, Brady Primary School on Friday 29 Nov 24
If your child has already received the flu vaccine at a GP or another health provider, can you please contact us on 0203 343 2400 - OPTION 2 or Havering@v-uk.co.uk
Alternatively, you can also let the school know. This needs to be communicated before 8:00am Friday 29 Nov 24
If you have not already, please complete the online form so that we can record your wishes.

To decline the vaccine, please complete the online form. This will stop us from contacting you.
You only need to submit one form. Your consent will remain in place for the entire flu season. If your child misses a first visit, you do not need to complete a second form.
