After reviewing all of our procedures in light of the Covid-19 pandemic we have made the following changes to streamline the ordering process of our photographs, not only to prevent the spread of Covid but to also to be as efficient as possible to try and avoid increasing the prices to your parents to cover the extra costs involved this year.
All ordering will now be Online Only and therefore cashless, there will be no proof cards to distribute and therefore no orders to collect and pass onto to us.
It is therefore important that the following information is communicated to your parents by your Parent mail system.
If any of your parents require any assistance they should contact our dedicated team by email - support@bentleyphoto.com who will be able to help.
Please find below the secure link for your parents to view and order the recent photographs.
I would be grateful if you could email it out at your earliest convenience as we have given the order by date for free delivery to your school of 12/03/2023 . They can opt to pay for postage to home at any time, even after the deadline.
