Flu Immunisation for Pupils in Reception - Year 6 - Catch Up Session

If your child was absent on Monday 14th November and you gave consent for them to have the vaccination, a catch up session is being held on Friday 9th December in the morning here at the school.
If you did not previously give consent and you now wish for your child to have the vaccine, you can give consent by using the link contained in the letter below. This will be active until Tuesday 6th December and your child will then be seen on Friday 9th December.
Also attached is a list of clinics were you can have your child immunised. Please note that is by appointment only.
