New Dates - Influenza (Nasal Flu) Immunisation for Pupils in Reception - Year 6

The flu vaccination is being offered to children in all years (Reception - Year 6). This will take place at Brady on
Monday 14th November with a second session on
Friday 9th December to sweep up any children missed on the 14th.
Vacciniation UK are re-opening the link below until tomorrow, 9th November, in case you missed it first time around.
Please read the letter in the link below very carefully. It contains a link so you can complete consent for your child online.
It's very important that you complete the form even if you do not want your child to have the vaccine. If you choose not to complete the from, it does NOT mean that you have refused the vaccine for your child.
