Flu Immunisation - Years R - 6

Information is provided regarding the flu immunisation programme for children in Reception class through to Year 6.
Flu immunisations will take place at Brady on Monday 1st November.
If in the past you have refused the nasal spray due to porcine contents, the injection option will be available which is porcine free. You will have to collect a different consent form from the school office.
Consent forms from Vaccination UK will be sent to us on the 22nd September and must be returned - even if you do not wish to consent to the nasal spray - by the 17th October.
