Maths
We have carried on learning how to add and subtract using column method and exchanging before the final week of this unit next week. We will then be moving on to multiplication and division.
English
In English we have been learning about the key features of a newspaper report. The children have been exploring newspapers, written their own headlines and started learning how to use the past tense.
RE
In RE we learnt about Moksha in Hinduism as well as pilgrimage and Diwali. The children designed their own, beautifully coloured rangoli patterns.
PE
The children received high praise in PE this week. Mr Nunn told me the children had worked extremely hard and used great listening skills, well done 3S!
