Welcome to Year 3!
Maths
This week in maths we have been recapping our place value knowledge. We looked at numbers to one thousand and ordering those numbers on a number line.
English
In English this week we began looking at instructions. We have identified the key features in a set of instructions and used those key grammatical features in different genres. Next week we will begin writing our own set of instructions.
History
In history we began exploring Prehistoric Britain and the Stone Age. We began by placing the Stone Age on a timeline and looking at the key dates from that era.
