Well done year 3 on the last week of the half-term!
English
This week we have been identifying and using alliteration, emotive/exaggerated language and commands. We have inputted our learning into writing a job application.
Maths
We have been looking at perimeter- what it is and how to calculate/measure. After half term we will start our new topic 'Fractions'.
Art
This week we started our art lessons where we have been looking at drawing figures and inspirations of artist L.S Lowry.
Safer Internet Day
On Tuesday it was safer internet day, we discussed how we can be safe on the internet.
