I hope this message finds you well. My name is Natasha Aubrey and I am the Principal of PQA Upminster. We are a weekend performing arts academy that offers engaging and dynamic classes in musical theatre, comedy, drama, and filmmaking for young people aged 6-18.

We are currently trying to reach more young people within our community and I am writing to ask whether our promotional leaflets could be distributed to your students. I have attached our digital versions if you would be willing to distribute along with your newsletters, or I have physical copies which I would be happy to send to you as well.

We are delighted to offer an exclusive opportunity to participate in a free performing arts workshop focusing on drama skills. This would be lead by our experienced drama teacher and myself, and if of interest, I can book a suitable time for us to visit and deliver a session at your school.

We also have 4 week free gift certificates that I would be happy to offer you for any upcoming fundraising events to use as prizes.

In addition, we would like to extend an invitation to your students to attend a free taster session at PQA Upminster. This is a fantastic chance for them to experience our amazing performing arts classes firsthand.

Our academy operates every Saturday at Coopers Company & Coborn School, providing a supportive and inspiring environment for young performers to develop both industry skills, confidence and self-belief.
