We've been asked to forward this on...

Our next Dedicated Dads event is on Wednesday 5^th June at Hornchurch Fire Station (RM11 1SH) at 6-7pm. Our theme this month is Social Media. This would be a great opportunity to socialise with fellow Dads from schools across Havering and learn about social media and supporting their children’s social media use.

If any Dads wish to attend, please kindly ask them to confirm their attendance by emailing this address (MHSThav@nelft.nhs.uk).

We would be grateful if you could please circulate the attached leaflet on your online platforms (e.g. FaceBook, school website, newsletter, Dojo, email) and please send to all contacts, as Dads expressed they may not be the first contact and may miss out.

SCHOOL ADMISSIONS - excluding Nursery

For school admissions information and to apply, go to:

Children born between 01/09/2021 - 31/08/2022 are due to start Reception in September 2026.
Applications close on 15th January, 2026. Offer day is in the evening of 16th April, 2026.

If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), please note there's a different process for school transfers. You'll need to contact the Special Educational Needs Team directly at sen@havering.gov.uk to discuss changing your child's school.

School will finish for the Christmas Holidays on Friday 19th December (children will leave school at 1:15pm) and will return to school on Monday 5th January 2026.
