Hasn't this half term just flown by?
It was lovely to see so many adults supporting the children at our Shared Learning afternoon.
English
This week we wrote our set of instructions. Next week we will complete revision-based grammar activities.
Maths
We have started our 'Money' block and have so far recognised the notes and coins used in England and have selected notes and coins to make a specific amount. Please make good use of the parent/child workbook we sent home to support this vital learning.
History
We put key events related to Rainham Hall on a timeline.
Science
We created bar graphs based on data in a table, related to the high of a chick over time.
Church Visit
We still need some volunteers for the church visit Thursday 9th February 9.30 am to 12 pm. Please speak to Ms Kaur
Notices
- Please ensure that all items of clothing are clearly labelled with your child's name. We have increasing numbers of children losing items of clothing and looking for them will no longer be done by staff. It will be your child's responsibility to locate missing items of clothing outside of lesson time.
- PE will still be on Thursday afternoons this term, so please ensure your child is wearing their PE kit to school on this day.
- Times Table Rockstars challenges have been set for every child (2, 5 and 10 times tables). It is expected that children log in each week several times and practise. Your child's login information is stuck in their reading record.
