Literacy
On the first week back from school, the children have been writing short stories. They planned their own beginning, middle and end and looked at different methods they can use to make their writing more interesting.
Math
In math the children have been working on graphs and charts. They have learnt how to interpret bar graphs and how to draw them. They also revised how they can find a fraction of a shape
Topic
The new topic this term is Land Ahoy. The children have learnt about the geography of the United Kingdom. We also spent time making and designing boats
