Wriggle and Crawl

To start the new year, we went on a mini beast hunt. Children were digging in the soil and looking in the bushes to see if we could see under a magnifying glass any mini beasts, hibernating or crawling. We recorded where we found them and now we are in the process of writing our own mini beast guide book. In maths we are revising our addition methods and applying them to reasoning questions.
